Gothic and other arches from cherry
Cherry done well stands out. The double arches as well as the one below are cherry with a burgandy dye, topped with a chocolate brown and a black glaze. Behind the arch in the second photo are the door casings we replaced, four in all, three of which were really cased openings. The owner, an South Tampa attorney supplied the keys atop the arches, to which we applied similar stain and glaze techniques. He also supplied the lions for either side of the fireplace (not shown).
