Steve Quillian Cutting Radiused Glass for Gothic Arched Windows

This is video capturing how to cut a curve/radius/anything other than a straight line out of glass, taken in the Quillian Craftsman shop. Cutting glass, in addition to applying glazing putty, goes hand in hand with making windows. The first video introduces what I am doing, the second actually demonstrates the process. Necessary tools include only mineral spirits and a glass cutter. The glass cutter scores the surface of the glass creating a linear point of weakness, a line of your choosing that guides the breaking glass into the desired shape. Scary at first, perhaps because being around broken glass sounds so risky, it's become old hat, easier than cutting sheetrock.
