Steve Quillian's Window Sash Shop in part. Not shown are the table saws, shapers, router tables and miscellaneous jigs necessary to make the work happen. My favorite jig is the one on the horses that I use to mortise the stiles. See the router on the top? That one workhorse of a tool allows me to make all the mortises in a sash in five to ten minutes. It's taken me a while to get it usable as a production tool. She still has a few bugs in it that I am able to work around.
