Services provided:

Window AwakeningGets the windows working like they are supposed to.
a) Remove necessary paint.
b) Remove the sash.
c) Repair sash glazing where needed.
d) Repair the window frame where needed.
e) Tighten and seal sash joints.
f) Install new ropes or chains where needed.
g) Reattach existing or new weights (extra) as needed.
h) Replace pulley, lock or lift hardware (hardware not included) where needed.
i) Lubricate pulleys and window channels.
j) Replace parting bead where needed.
k) Re-install the sash.
l) Realign window stops where needed.
m) Caulk interior and exterior trims to minimize drafts.




Window RejuvenationAll of the above plus:
a) Complete sash paint and glazing removal
b) Treat with fungicide (borates)
c) Waterproof the wood (boiled linseed oil).
d) Repair or replace partially decayed or weathered wood on frames, sills, casings and trims (excludes replacing sash)
e) Fill cracks, holes, rot with putty and/or marine epoxy
f) Prime all wood
g) Reglaze the sash


Window Re-CreationAll of the above plus
a) Rebuild sash where needed.
b) Replace sash where needed.
c) Window trim reproduction.
4) Draft Reduction – Optional upgrade to any of the above. .
a) Weatherstripping (spring bronze) fastened to top, bottom and meeting rails
b) Adjust sash locks to close as tightly as possible
c) Wood storm windows installed
