A lot of the repair work looks like things I've been finding around my own home. I've honestly grown to love wood bondo and my power sander (LOL). Biggest pain I've found is the first coat of paint on things. It's some sort of black paint that really hard to get off. I was wondering if that was something standard in the area.

Hope you're doing well,

I think the standard is unbelievably difficult paint to remove. The best tool I've found by far is a $3 Harbor Freight carbide scraper. With a little muscle it works remarkably well. I used to get the Home Depot equivalent for $20 but soon changed my mind. Things are going well. Busy as ever.
